Ahh the DEWA saga continues- my new bill now up- and v high- am thinking one month is too high then next month v low- seems to be a pattern is developing- driving me mad! Keep switching everything off and seems to make no difference boooo!

I used to quite often have a problem trying to access the site, would be able to do it on one pc, but not the other. I have always paid the bill on line and our bank has recently introduced a new system for payment. At the beginning of the month I just log on to our account, click on utility payment and DEWA, complete with amount to pay, appears.

Thanks for the timely reminder, Ladies, I normally check earlier in the month than this. I am unable to log in to DEWA today as first of all, I was told that the site is unsafe and I am a victim of phishing. I've tried in two different browsers and on three different computers and can't access it at all. What to do?

I must say I expected my bill to be higher, not lower, as we had visitors so had extra a/c running in the bedrooms, and for longer periods during the day, yet it was about 40% lower....... Just got the bills out .... Ours is also 40% less and bill was more than 2k less (note to self - must pay more attention to what DH says!)

Got the text last week no bill on line yet, went to dewa office got printout and paid, bill is down 1,000aed but we've not done anything different to last month, have given up trying to understand how they work!!!
