Bank Relationship Manager...what a complete joke.
account was upgraded, and as a part of the upgrade, we were assigned our very own "Relationship Manger" who would personally help us out with all of our banking needs.
We didn't think much of it, other than getting regular calls from him to enroll us in this, that or the other thing, promotions,special deals etc. Money makers for the bank.
We recently had an erroneous bank charge appear that we feel had every right to reverse. So after calling and visiting the bank, we were told we had to have this handled by our relationship manager.
I am betting you can guess where this is going. Several calls and emails requesting help with the matter go unanswered. He only said he would look into it after DH spoke with him very sternly on the phone. The end result.....he said it was out of his hands and the questionable charge could not be reversed.
