Looking for recommendations for a good foot massage. I have recently been diagnosed with Plantar Digital Neuritis (enlarged nerve in foot) and really need a good regular massage to relieve the pain. Any recommendations highly appreciated!

There is a Mary foot spa in the new Al Wasl square right by Safa park. If you are at the Tim Hortons, it is just tucked behind it, on the back side of the square.

A very easy remedy to helping plantar is rolling a tennis ball under your foot. Stand or sit, ball on floor under your foot and roll. Also, before you get out of bed in the morning, lay on your stomach and stretch the arch of your feet by pressing down on your toes, with your toes. I do this and my sore feet are all better!!

Thanks, will give both of them a try (although Mirdiff and JBR are a bit far, am in Jumeirah 1, couldn't locate Mary Foot Spa in Jumeirah), and see which one I prefer. Jay, I went to Dubai Podiatry Centre on SZR www.podiatrydubai.com The podiatrist I spoke to (think her name was Emma) took her time, did some test, and send me off with some extra padding in my Birkenstocks to release some tension. Seems to help. Paid 400 for the 45 minute consult, 40 for the padding.

Had a massage at Feet First Dubai mall and they were good...If i may ask, where did u get diagnosed? my right foot/heel is so painful esp after sitting down, i have bought fit flops, and even though they help a bit, i still feel some pain...

Mary Foot Spa There is one in Uptown Mirdif and one in Jumeirah that I know of. they have a branch in JBR , olso check feet first IBM good service and prices
