I lost mine last week - you need to pop to the Emirates ID Centre in Karama, which is in the Emirates Post building on the D84 in Karama. Take your passport with you, it takes 2 minutes in the ladies queue to request the form you need from them for a replacement card (no charge). Then you take the form to any typing centre with your passport and they apply for the replacement card for you - can't remember how much about 300 dirhams I think.
Thanks ladies, I will call my pharmacist as that is the last time I used it. I know I could have googled it, but I thought there may be some extra 'inside info' or insight from other ladies personal experience, as we all know, things do not always go smoothly here when trying to do the right thing!
Can you try to think back, and when was the last time that you may have used it?
At work? Clinic? Did someone ask to photocopy it for a purpose? Bank? Post Office?
Check your car glove box. Check in all of your purses.
Ask the maid to go through everything, slowly, searching all pockets and drawers.
