someone spray-painted a blue circle on my white car. I parked my car in my building’s private parking lot. It happened last night. Is there anything that can get it off without having to repaint the car?

That is so not cool. I hope your parking garage has CCTV. Depending on the size and location of it, you may need to get professional help to have it removed. I was told by a car mechanic to use a dap of gasoline to remove the paint left by someone else's car. It works every time but of course it's usually only a small area. Thats disgusting. Where do you live? My car was vandalised a few months ago although thankfully nothing which cannot be repaired without much fuss. I would perhaps do a bit of Googling to see if there is anyway to remove it easily. Otherwise I would probably get a police report and claim on the insurance to get it resprayed or the panel replaced.

That is awful. Is there a security guard who may have seen something? You could try phoning the car manufacturer or go to Yellow Hat in Times Square and ask there. Good luck, that is a terrible act of vandalism. :( I checked with the security guard but he doesn't know.
