Hi, sorry I have only just seen this! just had a baby so been very busy! I had arranged for Snag & Inspect to do the snagging for me but Nakheel have since informed me that they can only allow 1 hour (without the electricity) therefore I would be wasting my money having a detailed inspection carried out as that can be done anytime within the 12 months warranty. That leaves me with trying to find someone to just carry out what they call a 'cosmetic inspection' ie doors, windows etc. I personally cannot think of anyone in Dubai that can do that task for me. In that case SalsB can I ask you if your daughter can assist? please email me on [email protected] Rabiaah/bbcb incase I do not hear from SalsB please also contact me, Thank you so very much! This property is causing me way too much stress! :(
