There are 2+study apartments and 3 beds in the Greens, so make sure they're being shown the 3 beds. From memory I think these ones have wardrobes in the third bedroom whereas the 2+study don't. Emaar told me ages ago the parking spaces depend on the square footage of the apartment. Over 1400sq ft or something like that gets two spaces (but you might need to double-check that with them, 800 EMAAR/36227) as I may be remembering wrong.

Thanks for the advice They are currently at JBR but want to stay this end of town They have looked at a few at the Greens but the 3rd bedroom isnt a bedroom at all more of a study and too small plus they only get 1 parking space in a 3 bed?

Try Barsha 1, on the block next to mall of the emirates, it has the mall and another metro station. Lots of new apartment blocks within walking distance.

Hello Does anyone know of anyone renting a 3 bedroom apartment or villa close to SZR Budget is 120,000AED i know it is a long shot. My friend and i have been looking at the Springs and the Greens but some of the properties are really badly maintained and have awful views Thank you
