I thought all expats were obliged to get a flight home every year or cash instead. The company is also supposed to provide you with medical cover, as has been said 2,000 Dhs will go nowhere.
Most people do get a flight allowance but i have placed people who dont get anything . There is no labor law pertaining to this. Medical is now law but not flight and some people get it every 2 years :-)

They are also legally obliged to give you a ticket home every year. Are you getting that?
Otherwise, it all looks really good! Congrats :)
Tickets arent a legal requirment just a perk however most companies give them, some build the amount into the salary
In todays market that is a decent salary for a HR Executive role
Car would cost no more than 2000 a month for a 1 bed anything from 40,000AED upwards
You could live on that very happily provided you are single with no dependants
Hi
I was offered a job with monthly remuneration of AED 20,000 inclusive of housing allow and transport allow, 30 calender days of annual leave and medical reimbursement of AED2,000. Could anyone advise me if this is a standard package in Dubai? or is there anything that i can/must get it from the company?
I am looking at 1 bedroom and driving Yaris in Dubai.
Thanks in advance
