The Villa
So, we're hunting for a new villa as our tenancy expires soon and we had 4 houses to see today at The Villa. The prices seemed good but oh my, what a shock when we got there! Three of the houses were brand new, handed over in last few weeks and were advertised for between 10,000 and 20,000 less than the actual price and all were absolutely the worst built villas we've ever seen! Now, maybe we were just unlucky and saw 3 particularly bad properties but we are quite put off now. The fourth was lovely but actually too big and I dread to think what the DEWA bill would be every month. Can anyone comment positively or negatively? The location is not so bad (only found one entry/exit though) but I can't imagine moving my family in only for the walls to come falling down in 6mths! (really, the cracks were THAT big!) Any info anyone has would be greatfully received at this moment!
