DH needs to find a place which sells clock works (the mechanical part only) and the clock face in order to build his own clock. He tried various watch houses both here in Dubai and AUH but without success. Any help will be appreciated

Call one of the High Schools, like Dubai College, and ask for the DT department. The students always make clocks and obviously buy just the movement and hands from somewhere.
