I think the ones you are talking about are managed by Al Kawakeb doesn't hurt to give them a call 04 343 4141 thanks, but no is not them. my actual compound is managed by them, so I would know

I'll ask him although don't hold your breath!! Other options that I know are Al Manara Villas and Sidra Village, both on 22 Street (turn left off Al Thanya St, just before Beach Road) closer to the Al Manara St end. Both have great facillities and the latter has security.

I know the one you mean but I don't know what it's called: I think my DH looked there and said the houses were lovely but he was worried about the noise from Beach Road. They do look lovely though Please ask your DH if remembering the name. I think the ones on the other side would be more quite, the ones facing Thanya Road, yes, maybe there i some noise. I am actually next to SZR, in the house no noise at all, only in the garden, but you get used to it :-) do you know any other compound which is nice in this location or more direction Media City, Knowledge Village? Maybe the Alamanda Villas on Al Wasl Road?

Or the villas being built along what is the new marina? no, not this one. When you drive an Thanya Road towards the beach and take right on beach road it is on this corner where the traffic light is.
