Hi! I own a CN hair straightener which I have been very happy with. I have had it for more than a year so it is no longer under warranty. Lately, whenever I turn it on, it starts beeping repeatedly and goes to the lowest heat setting.
I have gone to the troubleshooting section of their website and people mention this problem and all they say is to call them in the UK or Australia. Obviously, I cannot do that.
Has this happened to anyone else and if so, how was it resolved?
