Hi everyone,

I am looking at different freezones to set up a consulting company and so far it seems that ajman in the cheapest solution with a licence+smart office for 22.5 k/year. They also say that the process is fast and i could get 2 visas.

I am finding many people who have opened in dubai freezones, some RAK but almost no one about Ajman.

So ladies if some of you have experienced this freezone, can you give me details ? are you happy? any surprises? ect....

thanks so much.

Ana.

It depends on where you plan to work really. A consultancy is a professional license, so be sure it is legal and above board.

A really good friend of mine set up a company in Ajman Free Zone through a business setup consultancy company called 'Creative Zone'.. They took care of everything and actually her company has been running now for almost a year and she told me she has only made one visit to Ajman and that was to sign the license (and with a chauffeur experience there and back).

Just remember anytime you want anything visa related you will need to drive to Ajman - FYI!
