Really want to get them out and excercising but just still too hot.

Anywhere I can take them for an hour?

Thanks

Zabeel is a good idea! We spend at least 1 day a week at MM...oh the pain! Oh I know luckily mine are both at school now so don't need to go there as much! Another great place is children's city in Oud Metha - cheap in and the kids can press and play with a whole load of things - there is a cafe there (not the best but does ice creams etc) pack a picnic and go to the park after!

It is where the old Meydan racetrack used to be so get on Al Hadique street (road 69) headed towards Nad al Sheba and at the first roundabout turn left - it is signposted there. There is a 4, 6 and 8k track too and a running track! Great fun my kids love it!

In that case, perhaps zabeel park? Zabeel is lovely, shaded and cool even now, especially that big play area bit on the left hand side of zabeel.

Do you have access to a swimming pool? Yep but no swimming at the moment as DD has a bad chest and is on an inhaler. House is piled up with packing boxes otherwise they could scoot round it. Will take them to the Toy Store and let them play on the scooters there

My kids are outside now everyday after 4 pm. It really isn't that hot. Uptown Mirdif has a good outdoor area for kids to ride their bikes.

it's truly not that hot out in the evenings. We were our all yesterday after about 4pm, and I hate the heat. my kids didn't even notice it even though they were running and biking and scooting all over the place.

Ha ha, mine like going to hallmark and zooming round on those little go cart things! It is hard when we all just want to chuck the kids outside for a play - oh the simple things! There is also the aerodrome for inside cycling but not sure if it is just for the more serious cyclist?

Ooooh another Daisy! Thanks...will check it out. Was thinking of taking them to Batutta and letting them ride around by the toy shop but no doubt I will get told off. sigh

It isn't indoors but up at Nad al Sheba there is a bike track with a great kids track, with speed bumps, crossroads and roundabout! Maybe first thing in the morning is a good time to go now?
