Another recc for Settle Relocations, absolutely brilliant. We have just used Settle Relocations after seeing the recommendation here on Expat. Have to say these guys are excellent. Expectations where high and they came through with everything.

apparently it's busy season for moving so my friend who used DASA is still delayed on her shipment. Another friend moved with Allied Pickfords, that one was on time, and they were very happy. There is always an element of uncertainty with customs etc so I hope you get lucky with your move! All the best :)

We used DASA and they were superb. Easy to deal with good price. The packing team were excellent, the container arrived in line with their estimated dates we were kept well informed and the unpacker s in the UK were also superb I would highly recommend them. Friends of ours used lied pick fords and experienced delays, damage and underestimation of the size of container they ended. They ended up having to get a bigger shipment and the extra was sent separately which meant they ended up with beds arriving with no mattresses because the mattresses were on the different shipment. It was very stressful for them - so we avoided them! We chose DASA because they were the company who unpacked our shipment hen we arrived in Dubai - and they were great. Hope that helps you . Claire, off topic so apologies..... have you seen any royal bunting or decs in readiness for the new arrival? DH due back this week and hoping to send him in search of some...

A friend has just used Allied Pickfords, they suppose to deliver her container today, it's going to be another week before its offloaded, then a further 7 days in dock, then delivery.

A few of my friends have used On The Move for overseas removals and have been very happy. I have used them locally more than once and have been pleased.
