last year when I brought it, their website said the DVD was also included. It was clearly stated on their Elf on the Shelf page. They then changed the page because I told them if they weren't providing what was shown they shouldn't say they were. Anyway I had to call them several times, they told me they were getting the DVD but nothing ever materialised.

I would NOT order from Mumzworld! I did last year and when I ordered my elf in the shelf it said it came with the DVD, when it came there was no DVD! I called them and they said oh no it's not included! I directed them too their page where it clearly said it was! They agreed, said they would send me the missing DVD and change their page ?! After many calls over a few weeks from me to them, I never got the DVD and would never use them again! The DVD is listed separately - I thought it was just the book and the toy...

Do any of you ladies know where I can purchase a elf from? I am not sure they are for sale ;) not sure Santa would be too impressed Elf's are magical creatures that belong in the north pole with Santa & Co. You can't buy them, only imagine them. However, if you wish to impersonate one you will find a costume in Mr Ben's. Merry Christmas :)
