Bumping this up in case you are still looking, I saw some lovely handmade camel saddle bags yesterday at Town Centre Mall artisan market which is on again today.
They are on display at Bedouin Kilims stand, lots of really beautiful camel hair rugs, carpets and runners too. Well worth a trip if you are looking to buy authentic Bedouin made furnishings.

We got some about 2 years ago near the Dubai Camel Racing Club on Al Ain Road (E66) - google it, there's a website and directions. Once you turn off the main road you head down a small road to the club itself, we found a stall selling camel saddles, they were AED 100 each.
Does anyone know where I can purchase a camel saddle seat☺️
Try Safita Furniture, they used to have them. They are located on the SZR http://goo.gl/maps/S1Szp
