Two EE's Female, One E male :-) Thanks for clearing that up Sarah. We have all made typo's at some stage so I will give YC the benefit of the doubt. What's the name of that law, Cyclone T? ;) Murphy's? S*d's? :D

I am sure it is one 'e' if it is male and two 'ee's' if it is female but I might be wrong.

Isn't it spelt differently depending on whether it's male or female?

There are a few road ventilation grates in the footpaths around Karama, you should stand over one in a white chiffon dress a/la Marilyn. Nothing like 78654528 Pakistanis hootin and hollerin

I noticed a difference 5 hours after surgery while walking to my car . The construction workers who did'nt even notice me go in were hootin a hollerin at me on the way out. Men love large breasts, and if you couple them with a platinum hair color you can literally stop traffic. Can hardly wait for you to arrive and see you cross SZR

I can't make up my mind whether you are one of the regulars building up an alter ego, a mod who is bored or you are really that naive...and that's the most polite word I can think of...there you go, girls, you know you wanted someone to say it!

Where are you from in the US, yellow cake? I'm originally from Chicago, now living in Denver Colorado, soon to be Dubai. Very excited. I heard the local men there love blondes, is that true?

what's wrong with small boobs like? They look much better in bikinis and tops. I hate big boobs especially on older women who wants to look at a massive wrinkly cleavage yuck. Bigger is always better. I had mine done in 06 and the results were astonishing. Men that would'nt even look twice at me before were suddenly asking me out on dates. Best thing I ever did for myself Im a little lost by all this. Sima, a million apologies for diverting from the topic for a little while (and again, best of luck with the surgery - you seem like a gal who is doing it for all the right reasons!).... but, Yellow Cakes... if "bigger is always better" then how come you are willing to jeopodise your health by putting your self through the most ridiculous diet when you get here? Why not just stay as you are and be happy with your 'construction men' attracting curvaceous figure? I'm also happy to hear that the baby fat you are wanting to lose isn't actually pregnancy "leftovers" but excess weight you have had for 24 years since you yourself were a baby. I was sitting here wondering if the comments bellow were something that you would be repeating to your little one! I'm all for feeling good about your self as I'm sure 99% of all women are but as long as you do it for YOU. If men happen to appreciate the way you also look then hey, that's a real bonus! "Beauty without brains (or morals) is like a master pice painted on a napkin". I was suposed to be married in June but my fiancee had cold feet and called it all off at the last minute.. Thats why I took this tranfer to Dubai, just to get away, get fit, tan and gain a little life experience. When I get back and he see's what i've become he's going to regret the day he was ever born. And Breast enhancment surgey is usually done at out patient clinics here in the states. Nobody stays overnight.

You were discharged 5 hours after surgery? Your lucky to still be alive. In reputable clinics the protocol is 24 hours after a GA even for very minor surgery. Not if you have a GA in the UK on the NHS, my sister had GA a couple of weeks ago for gall bladder removal and she was out of hospital less than FOUR hours after she woke up... That is outrageous. I am having tummy troubles at the moment and someone suggested on this forum that it may be my gallbladder. So I was speaking to my Mum about it as she had her gall bladder removed and she was kept in for 3 days, then readmitted two days later for a further 4 days due to an infection! She is convinced it was due to her being discharged too early! Varies very much from case to case. Know people who get gall bladder out and are up and at it quite quickly now due to keyhole..however also know one lady who is currently suffering infection of one of the keyholes currently ( is it your Mum lol) but she also had a couple of bigger incisions as well.....

I am also not sure what type i had. I just know the size was DD. I didnt go for the really rounded fake looking type if that helps. and i am sure that if you have them under the muscle you can still breastfeed and they dont affect mammograms etc :-)

Good Luck Sima :-) I had mine done in April of last year although at first i was like YOWZER as they were huge. They took about 3 months to settle in and i love them ( I call them my girls haha) my scars are all the way underneath and about 3-4 inches long. I am a quick healer therefore they were fading by 3 months. I did get this fabulous cream for anti Keloid scarring. It wasnt cheap around 250AED but i felt it helped.. I am so excited for you I did go home the same day as i couldnt bear the wailing of the woman next door ( she hadnt had a boob job though) they gave me my painkillers and the surgeons number just incase but i was okay. I wasn't in pain i just felt as if someone was sat on my chest and boy did they itch plus when i rolled over in my sleep i had to roll back again as it was strange lying on them. I dont regret it and i am sure you wont either :-)

Very good point. I wonder then if Yellow Cakes would like to at least comment on how her operation actually went. Even though it was in a different country. Was it painful, which type did you go for. She's obviously glad she did it, but does SHE also think that they look good as we know the men obviously do. Guess that way it will stop us from diverting from the topic! :)

:) it is interesting how we all share our thoughts. But the purpose of this discussion was to find out about good surgeons here and if it is worth going through the hassle or not.
