Hi Simi I was recommended to Dr Khan from two friends of mine. As i had rapidly gained and lost weight going from a 12 to a 16 then back again my boobs resembled 2 balloons that had been discovered down the back of the sofa 6 weeks after Xmas. I do not in any way resemble a blow up doll. Each to their own and if you want to get them done then go for it. I am naturally a B cup but had shrunk to an A however i am a curvy frame and tall. When you go for a consultation they ask you to take a sports bra in the size you want to be and a tight t shirt. I tried a D cup first however there wasn't much different between a D and DD therefore i chose a DD. Dr Khan went through everything with me from the size, to the shape, what they would look like, before and after photos etc etc. It is the best thing i have ever done and friends of mine have said the same. Prior to having this done clothes did not fit me properly as i was a size 8 top and a 14 bottom. Mine do look very natural they only look plastic if you go to a ridiculous size ( look at old pictures of Posh and current ones of Jordan) i have mine under the muscle and as my boobs were a good shape to begin with the implants just boosted them out. I did them for me ( as i am single) and i would do them again. I only recommend Dr Khan as i went to him and the hospital care ( nurses and other staff) were fabulous and really nice :-)

I think it depends on how small Rumour! After 3 kids I have nothing to put in a bikini. In fact, I think my boobs are smaller than when I was 12 and I was a late bloomer. Not that I bloomed much even when it did happen... I'm a small b cup and i love my boobs. i hate, hate hate seeing great big fake boobs spilling out of bikinis it just looks nasty. I say love the body you've got. Anyway each to their own i suppose. But they don't have to look like that! Implants can look very natural these days. It's a personal choice. I have a couple of friends who really should look into it, as an ironing board has more curves! Why should your friends look into it? maybe they are happy the way the are! I'd rather look like an ironing board than a blow up doll.

A very interesting thread. I'm not a big Bertha lady either but my question is, what happens when everything else starts to go southwards? Do your puppies stay the same? I had an hysterical experience at a nude beach in Australia. There was an OLD lady there, dark tan head to toe with the accompanying wrinkles. She's running on the beach and jiggling EVERYWHERE, except her boobs which were a pair of cantaloupe headlights. I don't know if they looked real at some point, but she looked full on ridiculous the way she was. I'm not opposed to breast augmentation when it's done to normal human sizes, and I'd be all for breast reduction for myself. Maybe a reward for losing some weight?

I have had my boobs done twice, once in the UK, I was an 30AA, went to a 34C I think, then did it again in Norway and went to a 30G (I thinks its 600cc). Love my boobs, Did it for me, although of course hubby likes them! I look better in clothing, having said that I'm still only wearing 12 year olds clothes top and bottom. Tis a problem finding bras to fit, although even b4 breast augmentation I had trouble finding bras. First op was painfull and sore, 2nd one was fine, no problems at all. Best think I have ever done. They do need to be done every 25 years or so. Hope this helps.

I really appreciate hearing more opinions of people who have done the procedure? How they feel about it and would they recommend it? Thanks

Go to few plastic surgeons and ask their advice! It really depends on age, your body frame..etc. I went to Dr Ghanem from Dubai Cosmetic Surgery ,not sure if he is still there. I thought 1 size he guided me to another. Once again depends on your age how long it takes to recover. I too hated seeing these over the top fake boobs on women, but now I don't feel mine are and I feel fab being able to wear clothes I was never able to. Plus DH loves them!!! Oh yeah cost 20,000

No idea. I guess to a point they would also sag as the surrounding muscle loses elasticity. So I guess you have to keep doing those peck exercises lol But don't implants also require changing after so many years? And that depends on what type of implant you have?

You're welcome. There's lots of ways of doing it these days. GO and have a couple of consults and find a surgeon you feel happy with. will definitely do that. Thanks

If you want my friends story it was pretty mental actually. She is very athletic, and literally had nothing up top, so the implants had to go under the muscle. When I went to pick her up from the hospital she had a big bandage and support bra over her chest and drains coming out of each armpit - I gather you don't always need these. It was quite uncomfortable for her, but mostly because of the drains, once they were out she was much better. Now because the implants went sub-muscular, to begin with they sat perky and proud and looked a bit odd. But she had to massage them everyday to loosen and stretch the muscle - I did laugh as they actually gave a bit of a squeak! As her muscles gradually stretched and relaxed, so the implants fell forward and down, sitting in a more natural position and now she looks just amazing! Very natural - couldn't tell you how they feel lol. But she's had no regrets.

sima, all you're wanting to do by the sounds of it, is put the top half of your body in proportion with your lower half - nothing wrong with that. A friend did exactly that and she now looks fabulous as she's in proportion.

oh only people with tiny boobs can feel how less of a woman you would feel!!!! it is so bad, specially when ur nasty hubby is looking at every big boob he sees!!!! mine is very small B, or maybe A actually, I wear triple padded bras and then i feel ok, its awful to have small boobs. You can not choose what you wanna wear!! i m always on diet to lose my lower half of my bdy so that it can fir my small upper body, im so frustrated and been wanting to do this but im scared , scared of looking too fake, scared of complications, not sure of doctors in this country!

Well said johjoh! If ladies are happy with their boobs the size they are then that's great. If they are very self conscious about them (whether big or small) and are able to do something about it then I say why not? It's not for anybody to judge how somebody else feels about their body.

Each to their own ladies. Big boobs, small boobs, whos cares?! But what matters is what that person feels like inside. I had my boobs done over 10 years ago. I was a AA and felt sooo self conscious. I went up to a C cup and felt great, just felt sooo feminine and confident. After 2 kids and 12 years on I am now a big lass and am now a 36DD but that suits my big ass frame. Don't get on her case and make her feel like she should justify her feelings and questions. Everybody is different.

what's wrong with small boobs like? They look much better in bikinis and tops. I hate big boobs especially on older women who wants to look at a massive wrinkly cleavage yuck. Rumour, I couldnt agree with you more!! I am a c cup (and a good c cup at that), well actually I am bigger nwo as I am pregnant (hoenstly look Ive had a boob job,,,and I hate it). When i was gettin measured a few weeks back, I told the lady I didnt want to know the new size!! So I am just hoping against hope that I shrink back down after the new arrival!! So glad tho that I see someone else with the same opinion of big boobs as me :)

Hello I had mine done from a B to DD cup just over a year ago. Dr Khan performed the operation and it cost 24,000AED. I was discharged from hospital just 3 hours after having the operation, i went back to work after 2 days and did not require pain killers ( they itched like crazy though) I am overjoyed with them as my frame did not suit a smaller bust and all my friends/family have said that my new ones don't even look fake. The hospital care was outstanding and if i ever decided to have some other major work done i would highly recommend him Hope this helps Thank you Sara, Where is Dr. Khan? how did you decide about him? was he recommended to you by someone? mine is A cup and I wanna go C. So Are you very happy with the decision??? Thank you so much.

Book consultations and go with the one that listens to you and makes you feel the most confident and comfortable.
