Last week I sent an SMS to DH saying 'what time'. It was a reply to his msg. I sent it to the wrong number. within mins I had a lady calling me to ask what, when etc. She sounded excited, but then dissapointed when she realised I was female and the msg was not for her. Why she repsonded, I have no idea. You really don't have an idea? lol
I understand the women was silly to keep contact and bother the police - the block option is not too difficult to use! (Then again she could be PMSng!)
BUT
the police turning the case on to her
:\:
Tell me the story has been made up - PLEASE
What a joke! Did I read the article correctly...? The Police ask her to set him up, so when she does she gets in to trouble herself because she uses the wrong words... Uh?! :\:
Good God people are pathetic. How on earth do these people function outside of the Middle East?
Normally?
Highly doubt it. These are the same people who call emergency services because someone cussed at them or flipped them off. In other countries these are not crimes.
Or gets their order wrong at the McD's drive thru. ;)
I don't understand why she just didn't block him on first contact.

Really ????? surely if your profile is private and only available to friends then these random people shouldn't be able to see your full profile if you have responded with a polite no. Its a bit worrying if they can see profile but i can't see this as being so as that would defeat the whole privacy policy in the first place ????

Ditto Debsi
Everyone, anyone, who gets unwanted calls/texts/etc should make no further contact with the person.
Blocking someone is as good a message or better.
If you receive 'dud' calls on your mobile, save the number to contacts and name it 'no answer 1, no answer 2 etc' and NEVER respond.
If you secure your facebook, and block or ignore anything that you do not know it is the same.
I cannot, for the life of me, understand why people respond when they do not know the other person.
