I purchased voucher for a Spa offering Botox from COBONE When I tried to redeem voucher no one would answer the phones at the spa.

Phoned COBONE. They said they would get back to me. They didn't.

Searched web for info on spa ...lots of complaints from people who had bought this deal from COBONE. Seems the spa has closed/renovated/. Those who had managed to use before the phone lines went dead were less than complimentary on service.

Wrote to COBONE received a ticket number recording complaint...no action.

Wrote to COBONE again...another ticket number to record complaint....no action.

Amazed at poor service from COBONE. Any one had issue before? Any advice on how to get COBONE to respond?

Well... my patience is running out, I have been making repeated calls and sending mails but no solution seems to be in sight. In spite of paying for the services ur treated like a pest. My last resort would be to approach the consumer court, though it's a very small amount it's a question of principles. Thanks Sprinkles 17 for your suggestion

For: Sprinkles 17 - Whilst I am not the original poster, I would like to add my thanks for making me aware of the Consumer Rights Department of which I had no previous knowledge. I,d had an ongoing issue with Cobone since April requesting a refund for a vendor that kept cancelling appointments and despite numerous ticket numbers, many calls, messages on their website, it remained unresolved, until on your recommendation I contacted Ahlan Dubai & after filing a complaint with them I received follow up calls from both them & Cobone & the case was closed within two days and our refund has already been credited back to our credit card so many thanks for that advice!

I had a similar problem with a Cobone deal recently. I emailed Ahlan Dubai & filed a complaint. I had an immediate response from them, and resolved the case within a couple of days. I also had all my money refunded back to me. This did take a few weeks, but it did get done! Email them on : [email protected] Good luck! :)

I had the same problem, I tried calling all numbers and they either didn't exist, or the mail box was full, or I was left on hold for ages. I went on to their website and there was an option to 'send us a message' which I did and I got a reply in 24 hours.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll look into it as I've used an American credit card.

I agree with Tru Blu. I've had a bad experience with them as well and I'm still trying to get my money refunded clear back from a canceled order in December from something I never received yet paid for when I ordered it in November. I've posted several times on their Facebook page with all the other complaints. Usually someone responds within a few days, but that doesn't necessarily mean the problem will be resolved. If anyone has any other suggestions on how to get a refund, I'd appreciate it. I paid with PayPal since I did not want my credit card info to be sent to them, but PayPal and the card that I used through PayPal have not been credited. It isn't a significant amount, but the second time I've been ripped off in this country. You can raise a dispute with paypal. Not sure if you have to do this in a certain timeframe however. https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/first-dispute If you use a UK credit Card you can claim back from the credit card company (provided it is over 100GBP I think).

Maggie, go straight to their facebook page. tell them that someone needs to call you immediately etc.... copy and paste it a few times. it will get their attention, works like a charm!
