i cant stand dorter. if you dont use DD and insists on typing the word, what's the big friggin' difference between typing "dorter" and "daughter"? 2 letters ... saved much time? Because Dorter means dormitory and does not mean daughter....... Unless you have a really really bad opinion of your daughter that is.

I agree Alan, who really goes around saying Darling Husband or Dear Husband, Darling Daughter/Dear Daughter... it is quite sickening Yes isn't it? Thanks Alan

While we are on the subject....well a slight tangent anyway....just where DID dd, ds, dh come from? I fnd them pretty nauseating expressions but find myself using them anyway. As i said earlier, just going to call everyone Alan from now on.
