I bought them in ACE, in Garden centre...very nice all of them but EXPENSIVE! 10 days back I went to Dragonmart and I've found very nice looking and cheap furniture...! compared with what I got from ACE/Garden centre, and I spent there.....I told myself...even if they won't last long, even if they last only for 2 years ...I can buy 3 times and I can have always new items!;)

2nd time in as many weeks I've mentioned this place, I'm not on commission I promise!! http://www.desertgroup.ae/en/section/desert-group-landscaping-services-dubai-uae/garden-furniture-dubai-uae/furniture-main Dubai Garden Centre on SZR normally have a fair range of Rattan furniture, not sure what their prices are like as I'm not in the market for garden furniture. Might be worth a look ....

We bought 'fake' (plastic?) rattan garden furniture from Rattan House back in 2005 and while it's looking a bit tired now it's still going strong. We've moved away from Dubai now (just three months or so ago) and left some with our old home for it's new owners and some with our old neighbours for their children's play area. Yes, it was a lot more expensive than buying from Dragon Mart but we were very happy with the quality and the fact that it is still in use some seven years later says something about the quality and durability. The sets we bought also came with water resistant fabric on the cushions which was great because they were always used around the pool.

I've looked at all the previous threads and I am more confused than when I started the search. I had a look at Dragon Mart rattan outdoor sets and almost bought one. Then went into Rattan House and totally lost my heart. The price diffrence is staggering! But so is the look and quality. Can anyone please help? How durable are the sets from Dragon mart and Ace compared to Rattan house? Are Rattan house prices justified? The guy there told us the furniture has 3 year warranty and could last upto 7-8 years. Anyone corroborate that? Any other place you could recommend? Grateful for your help.
