ok i'm definitely the MOST overweight in this group... I'm going to put up my stats just to shame myself into doing something about it!! Weight: 93kgs Height: 167cms BMI: horribly obese Target weight: 65kgs Total weight to lose: 28kgs (OMGGGGGGGGGG!!!!) started gym with a personal trainer three times a week... focus on cardio for weight loss... let's see how this goes... with regards to food, trying to cut out on processed food... brekkie (cup of tea with a boiled egg), lunch (caesar salad and a falafel wrap)... another cup of tea at around 4pm... dinner (small portion of brown rice and some chicken/fish curry and veggies)

Monday, 24/08- lost 1 kg, but honestly it wasn't my achievement since I spent lots of time last week at the hospitals with my stomach problem and ended up not eating much.

Height: 5"7 Weight: 12st 12lbs I want to be down 2 stone by Christmas! I have visitors at the end of the month so no doubt that will either add to or maintain my weight, but will be "smashing it" at the gym and eating better after mid-Sept. So I've got 3 months to shed as much as I can :lol:

24th August KGs lost: 1.4 kgs Current weight : 62.6 @beebers- I'm back to eating healthy, I don't diet, I added the weight due to recurrent miscarriages, I had a D&C 3.5 weeks back only. My hormones are upside down. My new gym membership will start next month, hopefully this time I will benefit from it. I'm on many supplements & vitamins and they're making me hungry all the time :p

I'm in, too! Started wanting to drop weight a couple weeks back. I haven't wanted to lose "size" in a long time, I was always about lower body fat. I'm reaching a point in my life now where I want to be physically smaller. This is largely driven by changes in wardrobe tastes and my professional life. What are your reasons and motivation to lose weight, and how are you guys doing it? Starting weight 79.5 Goal Weight 72.0 (or whatever a size 6/8 UK ends up being) I''m 175 cm tall 24/8 76.8 31/8 75.2
