Monday, 24/08- lost 1 kg, but honestly it wasn't my achievement since I spent lots of time last week at the hospitals with my stomach problem and ended up not eating much.

I want to be down 2 stone by Christmas! I have visitors at the end of the month so no doubt that will either add to or maintain my weight, but will be "smashing it" at the gym and eating better after mid-Sept. So I've got 3 months to shed as much as I can :lol:

@beebers- I'm back to eating healthy, I don't diet, I added the weight due to recurrent miscarriages, I had a D&C 3.5 weeks back only. My hormones are upside down. My new gym membership will start next month, hopefully this time I will benefit from it. I'm on many supplements & vitamins and they're making me hungry all the time :p
I'm in, too! Started wanting to drop weight a couple weeks back. I haven't wanted to lose "size" in a long time, I was always about lower body fat. I'm reaching a point in my life now where I want to be physically smaller. This is largely driven by changes in wardrobe tastes and my professional life. What are your reasons and motivation to lose weight, and how are you guys doing it?
