Is it blowing warm air in all rooms? if so it may be an empower issue.. bill payment/maintenance. if not, if it is only 1 or 2 rooms, the it is an idama issue, there are valves which regulate the flow of chilled water which can get stuck/fail these may need to be replaced. ( I have had 4 replaced in my apartment)

Jin Ja is the Asian place opening up across from Donner Express. Ci Gusta! is the Italian place that's right past WH SMith ("The Italian Food Experience!") Walked by Signature Studio earlier and it looks awesome! No updates on Hatam -- Moti Mahal isn't open yet, but things are moving really fast there so it looks like they may be opening up soon!

Apparently Signature Studio is opening today. I also noticed a sign for a new Italian place down near WH Smith. Welcome Mary! My daughter is probably a bit young for a play date - she's only 3 months - but if you'd like to meet up for a coffe and a chat I'm in Tower J. Which reminds me... Why are the towers sign posted with numbers not letters??? It's very confusing!

Hi all! A few days ago I was on my way to the pool (the only one working now) and I noticed there was a yoga class going on in the fitness room just as you walk into the health club. Does anyone know how to sign up?? Or if it is even open to the public? Hi, i believe it is open to the public and on 3 times a week, at 6pm. :)

Louisedvs, they're the 10 or 11 white towers with black windows that you pass on SZR on your right as you drive from the Safa Interchange to Dubai Mall. Great news on the pool! :) Hopefully the other one will be done over the winter when it's too cold for swimming anyway. :D The roads outside are really coming along now too. Hopefully they will all be done soon! I see out the back, the flattened sand has been pegged out with markers. Will be nice when that is all done too. Any more shops/restaurants open? Is Hatam open yet? Polly, where is your tower?

Sounds good Polly! Note went up about the delayed works on the pool, implying the company that was contracted was no more. The note said they'd contracted someone else and this week there have been loads of guys down there and the work has been moving at an incredible rate, lol. Looks nearly done, but I am no expert!!!

A new cafe called Dahlia is opening on Monday 25th in my building, Bayswater Tower Menu just been delivered looks really yummy and really good prices, much cheaper that Costa and Starbucks! And the coffee tastes good, plus they do have a barista! FYI

Oooh hope the pool is sorted soon, I'm possibly moving there next week. Just waiting (and waiting..) for my school to confirm it. There are 2 pools shelders, the other one is still open. Even if you live right up this end it's less than a 5 minute stroll along the podium level to get there. Still wish they would get it all sorted though! Phew! I'm either going there or Al Shafar Tower...
