DId anyone else see the fantastic sunset last night? It was beautiful, pinks & purples and just amazing. Where did you see it from?

I happened to be outside at the fountains and it was spectacular to see the colours reflected off all the buildings.

Reminds me that Dubai is not all hot summers and desert but there is lots of beauty here!!

We were at Festival City and decided to go to More Cafe for a coffee and sit on the terrace. WOW! We've been here a while and this was one of the best we've ever seen. Was a spectacular view over the Burj Khalifa and the SZR skyline - amazing colours. We felt very lucky to be where we were yesterday :) Completely agree!! DH and I were just few doors down over at Bistro Madeleine for early dinner and we could not stop commenting on how amazingly breathtaking the sunset and skyline was and the perfect temperature (and no bugs!). It was unusually quiet yesterday for some reasons at the waterfront, so we couldn't ask for a more perfect evening with great food!

I love sunsets and sunrises here in Dubai - they are gorgeous at all times of year (even the summer). But the ones in the winter have the big fluffy clouds and the skies are full of pink and orange hues - they are spectacular.
