I always use AAA, never had any issues with them and in all honesty they've bent over backwards to sort me out on several occasions.

Yes and recently Al Naboodah wanted 4500AED for the 60k service plus another 3k to fix the roof lining as the heat had caused it to sag and they wanted the car for 3-4 days! AAA serviced the car and fixed the lining for 2500AED and only had the car for 2 days Have had no problems with the car since. Wouldnt use the dealer ever again unless i had too

Have used them before but not again. On the last service they tried to charge us 1,000aed more than Al Nabboda?!?!?! Labour cost is the same but the parts had a huge mark up to which their response was, 'go and get the parts yourself then and we will fit'. In my opinion they have got too big for their own boots.

Spent 2 years with the dealer trying to work out an annoying problem with my car....took it to AAA and they found the problem in 8 hours. They are fantastic in my opinion.

We also use AAA in Al Qouz. They are probably the best mechanically we've tried over the years and we've tried a few. The Rashidiya AAA is better for modifications, panel repair etc as they have a Scottish manager.

I go to AAA Al Qoz for servicing and I am always happy with their service. They use genuine parts which is important. Thanks VW was horrendously overpriced and wanted to keep the car for 3 days wheras AAA only 24 hours. I can always rely on EW Thanks to all
