Going to view one of these next week...anyone had any experience of them or know anyone staying there? They look good on paper, but I know that that doesnt always count for much here!!!

Do they actually have a large roof terrace, or is that just a bit of wishful thinking on the floor plans I've seen!!!:)

i havent been inside one of these, but see them on my way out of JVC. i think the roof terrace is as big as it appears on the plans. it seems to be a standard lay-out for most townhouses in JVC to either have a roof-top terrace or a large second floor terrace. HTH Thanks for the update!! Can you tell me where in JVC they are located....my previous foray in - admittedly about 5 months ago - resulted in much driving around in circles!!! ;)
