I too thank God that my family and I are safe and well.
I don't feel that I am judging anyone, any refugee or asylum seeker needs help and should have access to the help that they need.
I have not suffered as these people have suffered and cannot pretend to understand what they have been through but if they are being persecuted or tortured in their home countries surely they would have tried to bring their wives and families with them and not leave them behind.
The images of the children that perished are heartbreaking and it is these families that need the help the most.
So, so sad for the children loosing their lives. It is always the innocent who loose out in the end.
The crisis in the European Countries is a difficult situation to solve. Sadly, I don't believe that all of those people are true refugees. I feel that some are opportunists using the situation to try to get a better life or better place to live, they are increasing the numbers and making it worse for the refugees to get the help they need.
I don't know your situation but I know that I am in no position to judge anyone. Today I am very grateful that my family is together and safe. That we have a home with cupboards full of food. That my children are happy, enjoying their childhood and receiving a good education. How can I ever be in a position to judge when someone else's life moves from difficult to intolerable? I can't imagine the dangerous journeys and the uncertainty being faced by so many are taken lightly.
This video is hard to watch but worth it.

I dont think Chrissy is judging - I think her point is valid.
There is a different between refugees and migrants.
Some people truly need help and saving from certain death. Some people do not, they just want better.
So, so sad for the children loosing their lives. It is always the innocent who loose out in the end.
