Honestly, I felt sick after the sundae. I felt pretty full half way through but didn't want to leave it, very bad I know.

I'd like to join in too. I just want to cut out all the cakes and biscuits. The holidays have taken their toll and all my clothes are a bit tighter. I'd been eating well before and keeping a food diary which helped a lot. I'd also been exercising regularly and keeping note of that too. I had the Emlaq sundae in Baskin Robbins this evening so well and truly ready for a detox!

Nice initiative AA82. I started eating better a while ago and it makes so much difference.

Sounds interesting..I struggle a bit with my vegetarian, no egg;no lactose diet at times.... but have started with my new approach since last week..as mentioned by my yoga teacher... 1 litre of room temp water, first thing in the morning.....to detox and slowly build up water intake to 3-4 litres.... BT try the Fat Free Vegan website: http://fatfreevegan.com/ There are loads of great recipes that are meat, dairy and egg free. HTH :)

Would love to join too ... although it will be a bit challenging with hubby being the biggest red meat-eater on this planet! Have tried to 'convert' him numerous times quite unsuccessfully ...
