According to the rules and regulations of the country, they are not allowed to re-serve anything... so my guess is into the bin it goes (if the staff are not allowed to partake).

I wonder what happens to all the left over food from the brunches and hotel buffets......wonder if any of them are kind enough to give the food away to the laborers or people in need. Laborers aren't needy! At least, they shouldn't be treated as charity cases. Making them into charity cases - just because you aren't allowed to help orphans and abused women here - simply absolves the companies they are working for from responsibility to pay them a living wage. The companies are making a fortune off of them and your efforts should be directed to making the companies pay them, feed them and house them decently.

One of the brunches I go to I know all the staff involved in the brunch sit down after everyone has gone and have something to eat and discuss how the afternoon went.. That must be a very entertaining conversation, after some brunches!! :lol:

I think it depends on the hotel, At the end of one brunch i was at they just emptied all the food into large bins. i was horrified that it was all going to waste. It really should be given to the needy.
