Hi there. I don't know where to start looking for the Visit USA flight coupons. Apparently they are sold outside of the US? Any suggestions of who I can contact? TIA

Visit USA Package (VUSA) gives you better fare when you are traveling to more than 2 destinations within USA. Check with any travel agents for the details.

Orlando to Miami is about 4 Hours using the Florida Turnpike. However, I-95 will take you down the coastline. You will have more traffic but you will go through cities and have places to stop along the way. Beach towns, NASA, etc.. I prefer it to the turnpike unless you are in a hurry. If you just want to get there, take the turnpike. It will be less crowded but there is not really anyplace to stop other than a few rest areas along the way for small snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. Personally I don't enjoy Miami, but that is just me. I am not a city person. :) I recommend driving all the way to the Florida Keys/Key West. It's a beautiful drive. Hope that helps! Let me know if I can answer anything else. I grew up in Florida. :) So I will do my best. There are some factory outlets in Orlando, if you are up for shopping :) edited by RubyRed on 17/04/2011 wheres the best place to buy tickets for disney etc. My husband and I went 5 years ago and I remember we purchased the tickets online (not sure which one). We thought it would be much more once we got to the parks. Then we were at Sizzlers for lunch and a lady there at the counter was selling tickets to access all the parks I believe half the price. My husband and I were so shocked they were going so cheap. We went to another place to eat and it was the same thing. It seems like they sell them at every restaurant. edited by LuLee on 17/04/2011 oooh i have been a couple of times before and were always told that its cheaper to buy them before hand. wondered if it had changed.

For cheap air tickets try Spirit airlines - they are an ultra low cost airline, meaning that even bottled water doesn't come free, but it's the cheapest airline on the East coast.

I would pass on Miami for the kids. The beaches are gorgeous, but not like you can't get that here either. Just want to say that I love Jetblue, especially with kids. There are TVs on all seats, which is not something you get w/ budget airlines (or the majors for that matter).

We always use Jet Blue from JFK New York to Orlando. They have the best prices, and if you get in early and they have room on the earlier flight they will let you get on. I would rent a car in Orlando from Enterprise (usually the best deals and will upgrade the car) and drive to Miami. Its a very nice drive and there are cities in between that are beautiful. Orlando is great for kids but I'm not sure about Miami. edited by RubyRed on 17/04/2011 edited by RubyRed on 17/04/2011

Going to New York, Miami and Orlando. What's the best and most cost effective way of getting around. Where's the best place to get Orlando theme park tickets without being ripped off? Any recommendations for Miami? Will the kids enjoy it? TIA
