I went to Al Baraha Hospital in Deira for my medical (both times that I have needed them). Not sure if the rules have changed since 18 months ago when I went but this was the criteria list. · 3 passport size photos (with white background) · 2 Passport copies · 2 Employment Visa copies · Payment of AED 660(urgent) or AED 610(normal) · Empost delivery service AED 60 (optional) Please do not use your Insurance card. Please note that the Medical report should carry 3 stamps on it. Please note that you cannot exit UAE after doing your Medical. HTH

Its next to the mosque in the main sqaure in the parking area next to the Emirates post. Opposite the clinic are all the key cutting shops. If you ask a taxi driver they will know exactly where. If you are driving, you will need to take a right after the Iranian Hospital on Al Wasl Road and continue straight. You will find the square on your right ( from memory ) I went in the evening and it was really busy mind you.. they are open until rather late as it was about 9 ish when I went thinking it will be quiet !

All the clinics are listed on here. If you have a free zone visa you may well have a nominated clinic in which case your dh company would be able to tell you which one otherwise go to one of the government clinics the ladies queues are usually pretty quick http://www.visaprocess.ae/details.php?page=medical_service
