another vote for NKD, only discovered it a couple of weeks ago and have already had it three times!! Love their tomato sauce and the toppings taste really fresh, you can order online and they deliver really quick (I also had the driver turn up and announce, "20 minutes ma'am"). Marzano is also a favourite of ours as we currently live in Old Town so again, super quick delviery and nice thin crust pizzas. Happy to have discovered NKD though now that we're moving to the Palm - they have lots of sites by the look of it so good delivery coverage. For restaurants, Bussola at the Westin/Mina Seyahi is definitely our favourite, great pizzas, great setting. They don't do delivery but I'm sure you could probably collect pizzas from there as they have the take home boxes.

I had NKD for th irst time of Thursday night, full of flavour but waaaaay too much garlic! Nice though and no nasty side effects I normally get from pizza, so that was nice!!

When NKD first opened I really liked their pizza but now it's so dry and bland that I need a whole glass of water to get through a slice. Does Red Tomato deliver to the Ranches?

We really love "pizza pazza" in Barsha!! Italian for real. and there is a new pizza place (also in Barsha) called Giardino. They specialize in wholesome and multigrain pizza and pasta. Tried them the other night and really liked the pizza. havent had pasta yet. they deliver as well. ...i think i need to try this NKD pizza business.... not only is it great pizza, but the staff have a brilliant attitude to customer service and are proud of their fast delivery. The last time we had one the delivery man said "fourteen minutes madam"

800 Pizza is ok for delivery, although I always feel that the pizza tastes a bit like the box it is delivered in.... Best Pizza Restaurant is La Bussola at Mina Seyahi. It is the closest in my opinion to the real Italian Pizza. Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi though has the first certified Italian Pizza Margherita... a bit far for just a quick dinner, and a bit expensive when you have to pay the entrance to the Park too.... but that is the REaL STUFF

I dont know who is good, but I can say that California Pizza Kitchen are gross! I thought you couldnt go wrong with pizza, clearly they have mastered it. Never tasted such blandness in my life! We really like California Pizza Kitchen! The vegetarian pizza is the best I've had.

Red Tomato, Oregano, NKD. Domino's has been a major let down and nowhere near as good as UK or USA which we really used to like. Wouldn't bother again!

I was just about to ask if the Pizza Express here was as good as the ones in England :) I don't know if "American Hot" is a traditional Italian pizza, but it's my favourite :) It might not be traditional italian, but the pizzas there are my favourites, and you get a little arabian twist with a few of the toppings. ******, now feel like pizza and have no earthly excuse for not cooking :( eta! that wasn't THAT bad a word, surely?! <em>edited by arohadxb on 26/09/2011</em>

We had 800PIzza for the first time on the weekend and really liked it. We also liked Red Tomato Pizza but for some reason it doesn't like us if you know what I mean..... Looks great, tastes great, but does something not so great to all our digestions - we've given it 4 or 5 goes over the last year and it always has the same effect!

Hello ladies Am craving for a nice Italian pizza: any recommendations? Am interested in both delivery and restaurants (hard to tell up front if we can manage to go out with toddler DS). We are in the area of media city Thanks! love the emphasis on Italian pizza. DH gets upset when he sees things like Hawaiian on thick spongy bases - "dey putin de pie napol. isa bladdy joke" we like Pizza Express - very rustic, and NKD are outstanding.

Don't know about Italian, but I love Round Table Pizza, they deliver from both Media City and Marina walk. They load their pizzas with topping, unlike so many others, where it might have been rubbed with something or another.
