I love this weather and hope it lasts a long time, the hot sticky weather will be around the corner soon enough . I find it a bit funny when people go around saying it is too cold for their kids to play outside! Some people go around in winter jackets and scarves when it is still over 20 celcius. But each to their own. I love it right now, and every cool morning for me is like a blessing. Meaning we can be outside and enjoy fresh weather. I am one of those who cannot stand it here in the summer when you have to live with AC constantly on, and being indoors big parts of the day. :)

Thought it must be me being a wuss last night huddled on settee in hubbys fleece..... Its honestly the first time i've felt cold and putting my hands in the hot washing up bowl was bliss!!

Been out here 20 years....hoodie was on this morning bit of a nip in the air...anything below 20 and the hotwater bottle comes out....need a blanket as well when watching tV. me too on the blanket.. Definitely colder this year. I am constantly wearing a shawl at work (they also have the aircon on all the time) and i am forever getting comments from people because i am wrapped up as if i am a freak... i feel the cold like you guys!

I know how you feel..... anything below 20 is just inhumane...... and it's not really hot until it goes over 45!!!! And the thought of going back to blighty (even in August) brings out the thermals and phone calls to ensure heating has been put on full blast for at least 3 days prior to visit....

26 degrees centigrade and my fleece comes out along with sheepskin slippers. 22 degrees centigrade and the thermals also make an appearance. With the hot flushes though thermals, fleeces and sheepskin slippers are on and off more often than a whore's drawers! Mind you, love the coldness at night (being able to snuggle up under the duvet with a heavy bedspread on top if hot flushes allow) and being able to have the bedroom door open and fresh air through the room. Making the most of it while it lasts.

Last year was our first (arrived July!!), thro winter we loved the weather, never seemed to get cold. It is DEFINITELY colder this year!!!! 15 degrees all morning ........ ok I left the house at 6.30am but it didnt get to early 20's till gone midday!! Roll on March ...... hold off on July to Oct :-) xxxx ETA - I say last year! Time flies ..... we arrived July 09, which is no longer last year!! <em>edited by Loopy Lotti on 06/02/2011</em>

Have you been in Dubai between May and November? haha yep here every summer for the last 3 years ...love the hot weather..thats y i moved here...ok it maybe a tad to hot but hey u just get on with it...Bring on the summer the malls are lovely and quiet the swimming pools are empty and no traffic. edited by fairycakeyumm on 06/02/2011 I also love the heat even the summer :)
