Universal Studios is open too. Loads of fun, attractions etc. great fun for adults and children. Go early in the morning as there are loads of attractions and shows to watch - u will probably spend the whole day there. There is also the sky ride and luge (kart) in Sentosa.
If you get a chance go up the Marina Bay Sands hotel to the top floor to see the infinity pool.
I'm sooo jealous - I'd love to be going there next weekend. Our friends there have just had their second baby :-)
Be aware that you have to pay to go to the top of the Marina Bay Sands hotel - SIN$20 (AED 60) for an adult & SIN$ 14 (AED 42) for children ages 2-12. Although the view from the top is spectacular you don't get a full view of the pool because there are drapes behind it for the privacy of bathers so you have to peek between the gaps.

I have been to the botanical garden before. Its amazing and i highly recommend it only disadvantage was that i couldnt find a taxi to the hotel after my visit.
Not sure if this is a new thing, but at the main entrance to the gardens (Tanglin Gate) you can press a button and it calls a taxi from the street - one arrived within a couple of minutes.
1) Do the big bus tour
2) visit the zoo, try the night safari if you can
3) Ths Singapore flyer if u like ferris wheels, this one is huge and you see all of Singapore from above

I thought the Botanical Gardens were amazing - worth it just for the orchid gardens alone! Chinatown, Little India and Arab Quarter good for a wander. Oh and a cocktail in the bar at the top of the Marina Bay Sands hotel - what a view at night!
Only the weekend? That's short but I'm still jealous. Chinatown, Little India, Orchard Road, Jerudong Park, dinner on Clarke Quay, a Singapore Sling at Raffles, meals at the Chinese hawker stands. Have I missed anything? It's been a few years since I've been there and I want to go back.
