Check the bread making course at Table 9 - since we did it we bake the most amazing sourdough, brioche, fougasse and wholemeal breads. Recipes are easy and fool proof, my 5 year old did a beautiful fougasse last week-end with almost any help! I would gain 100 lbs almost instantly if I knew how to bake breads that fabulous!! It's probably ALL I would do - bake and eat!!!!!!!! Lol

Check the bread making course at Table 9 - since we did it we bake the most amazing sourdough, brioche, fougasse and wholemeal breads. Recipes are easy and fool proof, my 5 year old did a beautiful fougasse last week-end with almost any help! dear Quizzme....i checked the table 9 online to know about the course, but need to ask a question do you choose which types of bread you want to learn how to make or do they have only 2 or 3 types??..do you really recommend it ???
