Ace is not answering the phone and the RTA can not guide me because "Ace Hardware on Sheikh Zayed road is not one of their listed addresses". (Not familiar enough to give them a landmark)
Help if possible please.

Bus No 12 goes from FGB metro station to near Ace Hardware, every 20 mins. (have a look at google maps)... you may have to walk from Times Square though (8 mins it says) Oh and Ace Hardware is listed as Al Quoz. <em>edited by Alismum on 07/12/2014</em>

Is it not closer to the one at G&D park - not sure which one it is but I thought it was FGB? IT would take about 15/20 mins to walk but I'd just jump in a taxi there and back. G&D park is FGB but it isn't close to ACE. Closer to Times Square

It is between Business Bay and Noor Bank station but you may need to catch a cab when you get off ether metro stops.

Not really. There is no metro station nearby. It would be better to go by Taxi.
