Since I finished paying my car load I requested the bank to issue me with a clearance certificate. They said they would prepare it but I need to collect it from RTA. The lady however did not know where/which RTA office I should collect it from. Has any done this recently and where did they collect their letter from?

You can collect from any RTA office. And they don't give you a clearance certificate, they just re-issue the registration card without the car loan info on it. Well, that was our recent experience.
