Carrefour is great for fat free yoghurt and fromage frais.
Lulu's has fat free sour cream and a fat free dairy whip (like an artificial cream) which people either love or hate! I love it mixed with natural yoghurt - it makes a creamy custard like desert.
Sugar-free Jelly crystals are also great to add a little flavour to natural yoghurt.
Spinneys usually has rhubarb. I found Goji berries in the Organic cafe but to be honest I wouldnt bother with them. They are v expensive and don't really add much flavour.
You can find Oat Bran in quite a few supermarkets but it's best to buy it when you see it as it isn't alwasy in stock.

Hi all,
Have decided to take the plunge after the summer indulgence and try the Dukan diet! Today will be my first day - I think I have about 4-5 days of the attack phase and then onto the 2nd phase. I dont know very much about it at the mo (although I have bought the book so I just need to get around to reading it now) but I have the list of foods for the 1st and 2nd phases so I presume that will get me through until I know more...Any tips or recipes that you would like to share would be greatly appreciate though!
