wow that surprises me Juju and clindsey - I've been using them for 3 years, Poochie always looks and smells fab after his groovin groomin and have never had any problems - he's a collie cross and needs a lot of washing and grooming :-) have never hesitatated to call anyone else

I have stopped using them as well. Last time my lab came out smelling the same as he did when he went in, I was out at the time or I would have asked them to do him again. I had other niggles with them also so wont bother again. Good luck though but make sure you are happy with your dog when they hand him back.

Sounds like a great coupon. Just one word of warning.... we used to use them and stopped because we found the drivers taking a nap in the van while our dogs were tied up in back. So, check on them after about 15-20 min.....

yes they're great been using them regularly for 3 years ... so I thought I'd get a voucher ... new customers only grrr nothing like rewarding your regular customers eh? Anyway I can recommend them, and am happy to pay full price for poochie, although a bit miffed! :-(

Yes, my boy went this morning! Shaun is a fantastic groomer, personally we prefer the way he grooms compared to other groomers as our maltese boy always comes back looking great. We initially used the mobile service then switched to another groomers but have gone back to Shaun. We are probably more loyal to the specific groomer rather than the company, however Shampooch are always professional and clean.
