Awesome film! Went to see it at Mirdiff City Centre, did do the Vox Gold and subtitles were in Arabic AND English! couldn't say about other Vox experiences, sorry!

The latest Thor had English subs when Elvish was spoken which was the first movie I have seen with subs when alien languages are spoken (Avatar, John Carter etc. all didn't have subs). Haven't seen the latest Hobbit yet though.

My family is coming to town for Christmas and they're crazy about all things Tolkien so planning to take them to see The Hobbit. I thought that IMAX 3D would be cool (Ibn Battuta) but just heard that half the movie is in Elvish and the subtitles are only in Arabic? Anyone been to see it? Is this true?
