Home renovations in Dubai

I would like to write this about a certain home renovations company called "BHL interior design" which is headed by Mr Haidar Mirza. My purpose is just to make sure people don't fall under the same trap I did. Here is my story:

I contacted Mr Haidar Mirza when I saw his contact on a forum online as a contractor for bathroom renovations. I negotiated with him and agreed to renovate three bathrooms with him. He told me he needs 50% payment before he starts which I paid him. He removed the existing bathrooms and I had supplied him with everything from tiles, toilets sinks to redo the bathrooms afterwards.
The problems started when he stopped showing up and the guys working with him didnt want to do the work. After that I spoke to them and realized that he was actually subcontracting them but had not paid them a single dirham for the work theyre doing.
He also ordered supplies to the house and didnt have money to pay for them so we had to pay for it. His guys would also not show up to the house to complete the work and when we called Mirza to ask him why he would make endless promises ill be there in 5 minutes, 10 mins, my car broke down, im at the police station, im at the RTA and the list goes on and on. He would eventually come to the house after hours and start lying about deadlines and how he can finish the work in one week and then he would disappear for another 3 days. He would also sleep until very late, you would call him at 12 or 1pm and he would be just waking up as he didnt sleep all night he would say. When the allowed working hours are 8-5pm it was really ridiculous that he would wake up at noon and not pick up his phone before that.
At a certain point, we realized he was a scam artist and the workers he hired were not getting paid so they did not want to come to the site anymore.
We fired him as he wasted over 6 weeks and alot of money for our renovation if not more.
I have many texts and voicenotes from him of all his empty promises and lies and I do not recommend anyone to use this guy. If you are considering him, please DM me, I am happy to talk to you and show you the texts and the voicenotes. I can also recommend you to someone else who is better and does great work, no lies, no scam.
On top of all that, the office location he has listed on his website is fake and doesn't exist, I went there and its a residential building.
