Homemade samosa paste/glue

Does anyone knw how to make the homemade samosa paste? I made loads of keema (mince lamb) last night and thought I'd make some samosas to store?

Flour n water paste. BTW, I discovered wholewheat samosa pastry (Al Karamah) this summer and it works really well, esp when baked (baking sheet and samosas brushed liberally with oil, oven at 185C).

I just use a beaten egg to seal the edges. Works for me every time.

I also use flour and water to make a thick paste to seal the edges of spring rolls.

Thanks ladies, I wasnt planning on making the pastry, although i did when i was bk home...i'll defo use the ready made ones just needed the paste reciepe. Thanks again xx

I use a couple of tablespoons of flour and a little bit of water. Mix into a thickish paste. Don't water it down too much.

you can buy the wrappers in most supermarkets - freezer section. I wouldn't recommend trying to make from scratch unless you are skilled in pastry work
