Don Coreleone at the Metropolitan on SZR gets my vote every time. Its nicer if you can sit outside (which obviously is a bit of a challenge at this time of the year!) but there's a nice inside bit too. I have been there many, many times now and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad service experience and the menu is fab and well priced. ETA: Its in the Entertainer Fine Dining, or if you have a Habtoor Loyalty Card you can get money off that way too. <em>edited by shamat on 21/07/2011</em>

Bussola in Mina Seyahi (it`s on the beach) used to have great vibe and fantastic food! But we haven`t been there for almost a year so i`m not sure if it`s still the same. Recent experience - Da Vinchi`s in Millenium Airport hotel. We went there after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. Great atmosphere, rustic decor - our photos came out with sepia-like effect, very pretty. Very good service and sfaff. Inexpensive. DH loved his food, i had nothing memorable. Medzo in Wafi used to be my absolute favorite:) It`s so very beautiful and classy, the food was amazing too. All places are in Entertainer FD

I second Medzo. It is excellent! I have also heard Don Corleone in the Metropolitan was good though I have not had a chance to try it.

Not sure if these are on Entertainer but I recommend: Marzano - Downtown burj Bice - Hilton JBR And there's one in Rydges Hotel in Satwa that is not so expensive and really really good!
