Thanks for the link, all the restaurants are in hotels or other similar places, no cafes inside of malls mentioned. If anyone sees any screened off place open in any mall please advise.

Really not even in the hotel? In moe.....
I did not go inside the hotel, I expect they have the usual area there open. I was trying to find a cafe inside the mall with a screend off area, but nothing at all this year allowed.
Excellent idea,
I just got back from MOE and there's no screened off areas in any of the restaurents there this year, I asked the info desks and they said the only place to eat or drink inside MOE is in the baby change room.
Seems this year they are not permitting cafes to have the partitoned off option at all, I would be interested to know if anyone has checked out any other mall today.
