I am looking for Winnie the Pooh party supplies for my baby's 1st birthday. What is the best place?. I heard Dragon Mart but I havent seen anything, how is the party store?. I am looking for something simple and cheap. Thank you.

some other 'budget' options you could look at just printing Winnie the Pooh pictures etc into a blown up size at the local print shops... an A3 size print would cost you around 4-5dhs and you can then place these on walls, etc. as decals... alternatively most of the discount store such as Day to Day (in Karama) or Gift Land (in Satwa) all stock Winnie the Pooh stickers etc... they also have a lot of favors/return gifts that are themed Winnie the Pooh (such as money boxes, pencil cases, soft toys, etc.) to keep with the theme, use red and yellow balloons... Party Centre in Garhoud is the best place to get pre made supplies but keep in mind that they aren't cheap... however they are the licensed distributor for these items so all other party stores buy from them (hence their prices will be better than the other stores)...

I saw Winnie the Pooh stuff in Carrefour today! But granted, it's just the plates, cups, ... not a huge range. The place by Welcare is GREAT. It's called Party Center: http://www.mypartycentre.com/store_locator.php There's a barrier to their own private parking. Just drive up to it and someone will open up. I just stick Welcare into my GPS and it gets me there! LOL The one in Motor City is not bad at all though. Smaller but still lots of stuff.

There is a huge party shop near MOE. It's right by PanEmirates on that same road. Not sure about Winnie the Pooh, but I know they have a lot of stuff.

Also try Sweet Suprises in Barsha, just opposite Lulu hypermarket, they also do the cheapest helium balloons this side of town!

Try the party universe shop in Gold and Diamond park (next to more cafe), they have everything at really good prices plenty of winnie the pooh.
