I made bacon, eggs and fried bread for the first time last week-end and it was a wow with the family - you could add sausages, tomatoes and mushrooms as well.. Otherwise, I second eggs benedict with smoked salmon, or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Ooops, must stop salivating all over the keyboard! Ooh you are making me hungry reading this. I am dribbling:)

Ladies - after some inspiration for a special breakfast at home! We religiously go out for breakfast at the weekend but now the weather is so fab we are beginning to enjoy our lovely garden so want to surprise hubby with a nice home made one in the garden this weekend.....sadly I am not a keen chef (I actually hate it ;-)) but willing to give it a go and go all out this weekend.
