Lulu definitely has it in the confectionery aisle. Geant and Carrefour also stock it sometimes.

A jar of marshmallow fluff and a spoon cures all ills :) It's available in Safestway - haven't seen it anywhere else although perhaps Lulu may have it as they carry a lot of imported products

Marshmallow fluff being meringues? I have bought meringue shells from Waitrose, DM, before (last year) but hadn't seen them again. Al Maya, Murooj Rotana, also did them but I think they only do them near Xmas and Easter. Mmm... I think it's time to bae, Pavlova is looking good :) That's a new one on me too. Meringues being called marshmallow fluff ?? Ah well, you learn something every day :) no no - marshmallow fluff is not meringue. both yummy tho. fluff is essentially the inside of a marshmallow, in a jar. i didnt grow up on a the stuff but discovered it at university in new england (where i think its super popular to put with peanut butter in a sandwich - "fluffer nutter" ). but marshmallow fluff in dubai? thats happy news to me...

Looking at that recipe, it seems as if there is far more sugar in Marshmallow Fluff than in meringues. Apparently, you can make marshmallows with Marshmallow Fluff - I'd be surprised if you found it in Waitrose, as PI says, more likely American-oriented supermarkets will have it.

http://www.grouprecipes.com/58165/home-made-marshmallow-fluff.html Just in case you can't find it....... I think it's an american product; you may be better off going to the more american food stores like safestway or Panda.
