Greenish, I am so sorry for your loss. It is so hard to go thru it by yourself. I experienced it twice before successfully becoming pregnant with my second child. Prayers for your little angel.

Greenish, I'm so sad to hear your news, I do think though that telling everyone about your pregnancy early was not a mistake at all, miscarriages are not something to be hidden or ashamed of. I think you have done a wonderful thing by sharing your story, both for yourself and for others. xxx

My baby laughs when she sleeps, the nanny says she plays with the angels, I like to think she is playing with her two unborn brothers/sisters in her dreams. I was shy to share this thought with anybody, I give it to you. how beautiful :)

I'm so sorry for your loss and hope that you can gain comfort from your DH, children and friends. I miscarried twice many years ago, once with twins. I was devastated as was DH and although we were blessed with 2 children, we have never forgotten the children who might have been, 30 years later. You were certainly not silly telling people, you needed to offload. Be gentle with yourself and allow yourself to grieve. Hugs xx

Hi Green-ish I am so so sorry for your loss. At over 8 weeks you do feel so attached as the bubs has been with you for quite a while by then. I sadly have been through 4 horrible miscarriages and I really feel for you. As for feeling stupid for telling people early, well you definitely should not. I have been pregnant 6 times now and have realised that telling or not telling people early makes no difference to the outcome of the pregnancy (unfortunately). Instead, telling people early gave me so much more support when I really needed it. Take care of yourself.

Aww sweetheart I'm so sorry for your loss I can feel the pain as I also had miscarriage this month. Please don't curse yourself for telling people in early stages as we are so excited for achieving that we really wanted.so we couldn't control on ourself n it's very natural. Kids are very innocent n they will forget about this very soon, In my case it was a missed miscarriage sac but no heartbeat I told my daughter (who is 4 n been waiting for baby for so long) that our baby has stop growing n she said mummy like flower stop growing in the garden....so please don't feel left out, we are here for any help u required. GOD be with you, will b praying for you. Hugs

Green-ish sooooo sorry for your loss! It's a terrible time for you and your family to loose the little angel. :( Don't beat yourself for telling people early. It was a reason to be happy when you found out and it deserved to be shared. And now suffering this terrible loss again people know and can give you the support and confort you deserve and need. Your children's questions must be hard to answer but you're doing the most important job in life - raising them and you teach them about life again that sometimes comes with sad news. It's nothing you could have done differently during these last weeks so never blame yourself for it. Lots of hugs coming your way! Take care of yourself! Xx

Sorry to hear this Greenish. Its not silly to tell people so soon. I never agree with people who say to wait past the the first trimester, regardless of previous history etc. All that means is you have nobody to share in your emotions and support you. Prayers for your angel baby xx

Huge hugs. I wish I knew nothing about miscarriages :( I too was not ready for the painful a natural miscarriage was. I was 8 weeks and 3 days. In a way the pain almost made me feel better though because I was hurting so much inside. I am so so so sorry you have to go through this. Sending you lots of hugs and prayers xxxx

Oh, that's awful news :(. I'm so sorry (and probably tired and hormonal, sitting here with a few tears). But you are so, SO not an idiot. Why wouldn't you think everything would be OK when you've done it brilliantly so many times before? I met a friend last night who told me she's just found out she's four weeks pregnant and she's terrified of telling anyone in case the worst happens. I told her tell who you think will support you if the worst does happen. So it's lovely that you have so many people you know will support you! Including everyone on here, especially since you're so giving to whoever is in need. I also told my friend that she needs to remember whatever happens, there isn't a thing she can do to change anything. You couldn't have done anything differently for a different outcome, not that that helps :(. I know there's nothing to be thankful for in such a sad situation but I am glad you've been so open about it, in a way. You may be dreading telling everyone the sad news but you may just - yet again - help someone out. I think miscarriage, along with many other aspects of fertility (or lack of), is something people sometimes don't talk about and are scared or embarrassed to talk about. Seeing someone talk openly about it may be just what someone else needs. Take care of you xx

I am devestated for you and your family's loss. I think it was only natural to tell people early after 3 full term babies and think you should let people be there for you when you are ready.
